How the price is set
The price is fixed and given in writing before we start. It depends on the size of the site and the level you choose (Essential or Complete). No hidden costs, no end-of-month surprises. Third-party costs (domain, hosting) are passed on separately at the providers' real price.

FAQ
Can I get the package only if Vebory built my site?
Not necessarily. We can take over an existing site built by someone else, after a quick check to make sure we can maintain it properly.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us immediately, and if needed we restore from the last backup. We keep you informed at every step.
Are backups automatic?
Yes. Backups run automatically, according to the chosen level (monthly or weekly), without your involvement.
Does the package include content changes?
Small text changes can be included in the Complete level. Larger changes (new pages, new features) are estimated separately, with your approval.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no long lock-in. We tell you exactly what happens to the site and data on cancellation.
